Your key responsibilities include:

  • As a Guest Service Agent (m/f/d), you will be responsible for providing our guests with first-class service and ensuring that their stay is memorable
  • You take care of the concerns and concerns of our guests and solve any challenges
  • You will assist with check-in and check-out, manage reservations and  provide information about our hotel

Be able.

  • You want to develop every day, learn new things and be part of a familiar and ambitious team. Experience in the hotel industry or any other service- or guest-oriented industry.
  • Computer skills, ideally Opera skills.
  • Flexibility and commitment.
  • You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
  • Your communicative nature distinguishes you and you feel extremely comfortable in both German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage.
