Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of high-quality software solutions that support organizational goals and product innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable architectures and robust implementations. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while driving best practices in coding, testing, and system design. You will play a critical role in code reviews, technical decision-making, and ensuring that engineering standards are consistently upheld across projects.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and architecture through deployment and maintenance. You will build efficient, maintainable, and secure systems, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and user experience. You will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate technical feasibility, define implementation strategies, and support continuous integration and deployment processes. Additionally, you will contribute to technical documentation, guide junior developers, and help establish engineering roadmaps that shape long-term technology direction.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Extensive experience with software development frameworks, libraries, and architectures such as React, , Spring, Django, or microservices.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and design patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, along with experience in data modeling and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose, debug, and optimize complex systems.
  • Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, performance engineering, and scalability best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
