Description
Our Business Unit Real Assets is looking for a

Working Student / Intern - Financial Management & Controlling (w/m/d)
for the Financial Management Controlling Group (FMCG) in Frankfurt am Main.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support in reviewing accounting data from external service providers at both the property and company levels.
  • Support in budgeting for real estate and real estate companies, so called Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV).
  • Support in tax matters related to real estate, e.g., in reviewing monthly value added tax returns.
  • Support in monitoring liquidity levels and cash management, as well as maintaining bank-relevant data.
  • Support in ad hoc forecasts and variance analyses using available IT tools.

Qualifications
Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration and/or real estate management
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Initial practical experience in accounting, controlling, auditing or real estate management is desirable
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Conscientious and precise work
  • Committed, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work in an international working environment
  • Prioritize and structure tasks
  • Good communication skills and a confident demeanour
