We're building the next generation of property management at reltix – and we're looking for you to join our Sales team

About reltix:

Traditional property management only covers a fraction of what property ownership entails. We're creating a world where owners are no longer left alone with the complexity of their real estate.

Alongside our comprehensive management services, we proactively care for our customers' properties as if they were our own. With our proprietary software, we simplify and automate background processes and use the time gained to work with our customers on projects that deliver real value. This is how we're building an AI-native ecosystem where, step by step, all services related to property are managed through a single platform: reltix.

To achieve this, we're looking for a Sales Manager (Intern/Working Student) who will build our sales pipeline from scratch and help shape the department as our first sales hire.

Your Role:

You'll be one of our first dedicated sales expert, with the chance to build our sales processes and strategy from the ground up:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and win new customers for reltix – via phone, email, or at events.
  • Build the Sales Pipeline: Develop and optimize our sales funnel, bringing your own ideas for how to best reach our target audience.
  • Consulting & Presenting: Convince potential customers of our product, present our solutions, and act as their main point of contact.
  • CRM & Processes: Maintain our customer database, document your activities, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Feedback & Product Development: Share customer feedback directly with the team and help further develop our offering.
  • Long-term: Opportunity to grow into a Sales Lead role.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experienced in sales, customer success, or similar fields
  • Eagerness to build something new; you're motivated by 0→1 projects
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy when dealing with customers
  • Structured, independent work style and a strong drive to get things done
  • Experience working with average german homeowners (Bonus: interest in real estate / PropTech)
