The Team – your impact 
Currently we are looking for several Scrum Master (f/m/d) for different units in the organization. Therefore we would examine your application carefully and identify the best option. More information about the team set-up is provided in the further hiring process. 

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding


•    Act as a Scrum Master and Change Agent for teams; actively managing the backlog with the product owners 

•    Guide, support and train teams and as well as the wider organization on their agile journey

•    Help to organize the teams daily work and meetings and ensure adherence to agile principles

•    Cultivate an environment that promotes innovation, learning, and a shared sense of purpose, supporting a positive and collaborative work culture

•    Define and track relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices and DevOps integration, providing insights for continuous improvement 

•    Actively participate in optimizing workflows, identifying and removing impediments

•    Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

•    Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field

•    Strong knowledge in Agile Project Management, Agile Organization, Change Management, or Coaching and experience with Agile scaling frameworks with ideal proof of certification

•    Several years of experience as Scrum Master (f/m/d) or Agile Coach (f/m/d) within software development or digital transformation contexts and extensive experience in organizational change processes

•    Excellent communication- and facilitation abilities – across tech and non-tech audiences including workshop design skills and support with training- and development initiatives within the specific product teams

•    Capability to conduct training sessions and workshops for teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development

•    Confident in engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders at multiple levels including conflict resolution skills

•    Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
