  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails, Anfragen, Angeboten und Verträgen
  • Du überblickst die Buchungslage und prüfst diese auf Richtigkeit
  • Du erstellst Namenslisten, Ablaufpläne, Übergaben an die operativen Abteilungen und prüfst Rechnungen
  • Du hältst die Augen und Ohren offen für interessante Projekte und neue KundeInnen
  • Die interne Kommunikation bereitet Dir viel Freude, da Du als Schnittstelle agierst
  • Du nimmst regelmäßig an den relevanten Meetings und Schulungen für Deinen Bereich teil

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS

  • Abgeschlossene Hotelfach-Ausbildung und/oder ein Studium für Hotel- oder Tourismusmanagement
  • QuereinsteigerInnen und WerkstudentInnen sind ebenfalls herzlichst willkommen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Convention Sales von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, sowie ein großes Interesse an Team-Arbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Microsoft Office Programmen
  • Freude und Leidenschaft an zielgerichteter interner Kommunikation
  • Herzliche, authentische und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit
  • Mitreißende Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch; jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
