Dein Job mit Sinn.
Als Teil unseres Customer-Success-Teams sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen CrewLinQ erfolgreich in ihren Alltag integrieren. Du führst eigenständig Onboardings durch, richtest die Plattform individuell ein und bist ihr persönlicher Ansprechpartner. Dabei bist du regelmäßig deutschlandweit unterwegs und an zwei Tagen pro Woche mit dem Team in Potsdam im Büro.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du führst Onboardings durch
    – remote und vor Ort
  • Du richtest CrewLinQ individuell
    für unsere Kund:innen ein
  • Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden
    mit Herz und Verstand
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Product Management
    zusammen, das Kundenfeedback aufnimmt und an die IT weitergibt
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Sales zusammen
    , die dir nach der Vertragsunterschrift den Kunden übergeben
  • Du bringst deine Ideen ein
    , wie wir unsere Plattform und Prozesse noch besser machen können

Dein Profil:

  • 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Success, Partnermanagement oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Du bist kommunikativ, empathisch und lösungsorientiert
  • Du liebst digitale Tools und findest dich schnell in neuen Systemen zurecht
  • Du bist gerne unterwegs (hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands)
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und gerne im Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch nice to have
