Werde Teil unseres zentralen Einkaufsteams am Headquarter in Gütersloh oder in Düren und gestalte mit uns die Zukunft.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Strategische Steuerung: Etablierung und Steuerung eines strategischen Lieferantenportfolios für ein Warengruppensegment
  • Vertragsmanagement: Verhandlung und Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen sowie einkaufsrelevanten Verträgen
  • Konditionsoptimierung: Verhandlung von Preis- und Konditionsvereinbarungen sowie Prozessoptimierung (Anfrage- und Bestellprozesse)
  • Verpackungsentwicklung: Verpackungsoptimierung gemeinsam mit unseren Logistikstandorten
  • Sales-Support: Gezielte Beratung und fachliche Unterstützung der Sales-Organisation
  • Reporting: Auswertung und Reporting zur Standardisierung von Materialien
Dein Profil
  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder Packaging
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
  • Arbeitsstil: Hands-on-Mentalität und proaktive Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
  • Analytische Stärke: Analytisches Denkvermögen – keine Phrase, sondern gelebte Praxis
  • Kommunikation: Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick liegen in deiner DNA
