IP & Knowledge Manager (f/m/d)

• Drive Holyvolt's intellectual property strategy together with the CTO, ensuring our innovations are protected and positioned for long-term success.
• Collect, evaluate, and structure new ideas from across the organization — from lab to leadership.
• Assess patentability and freedom to operate using tools like Patsnap and other IP databases.
• Prepare high-quality documentation and coordinate the patenting process from concept to granted patent.
• Collaborate closely with external patent counsel to ensure precise, strategic filings.
• Build and maintain transparency on all FTO and FTP matters across R&D and business functions.
• Absorb and document critical know-how about technologies, materials, and processes to secure organizational knowledge.
• Establish a structured innovation process that continuously captures and develops new ideas.
• Implement knowledge-sharing systems and tools that balance accessibility with IP protection. Raise awareness across the team for the importance of knowledge management and IP generation.
• Monitor the market and research landscape for relevant IP opportunities — from startups to public research or distressed assets.
• Draft and negotiate licensing agreements to acquire or monetize intellectual property.

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Engineering, Chemistry, Physics); additional studies in Law or Business are a plus.
• Professional experience in intellectual property, ideally combined with exposure to product management, R&D, or innovation.
• Solid understanding of patent law, prosecution processes, and the global IP landscape.
• Hands-on experience managing IP portfolios and using patent analytics tools.
• Industry experience in solar, battery, or related technology sectors.
• Confident using modern collaboration tools and eager to improve systems for knowledge and IP management.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to understand complex technologies.
• Excellent conceptual and communication skills, with the ability to structure and visualize information for diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and well-organized, yet flexible in a fast-evolving environment.
• Fluent in English; German is important, Swedish is an advantage.
