Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GRC Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance. The ideal candidate will support our compliance programs, enhance risk management practices, and ensure adherence to internal and external security standards and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- GRC Dashboard Management: Develop, maintain, and update GRC dashboards to provide accurate and timely visibility into risk and compliance metrics.
- Risk Register Maintenance: Identify, assess, document, and track risks, ensuring regular updates and risk treatment progress.
- Access Review & Reconciliation: Perform periodic user access reviews across systems, investigate discrepancies, and support access control matrix updates.
- Compliance Framework Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 1, and SOC 2.
- Audit & Evidence Management: Coordinate with internal teams to collect evidence for audits, assessments, and due diligence requests.
- Policy & Procedure Updates: Assist in drafting, managing and updating security and compliance policies, SOPs, and internal documentation.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with IT, Security, and Operations teams to strengthen organizational risk posture.
Working knowledge of:
- GRC dashboards, reporting tools and MS Excel
- Risk registers and risk assessment methodologies
- Access reconciliation concepts
- ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 1 & SOC 2 requirements
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in GRC or Information Security domains
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 LA (Optional, added advantage)
