Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Freelance Translator to join our team. As a Freelance Translator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication across languages and ensuring accurate and culturally sensitive translations.

Duties:

  • Translate videos from English to Italian while maintaining the original meaning
  • Interpret spoken communication in real-time during meetings or events
  • Transcribe audio recordings into written documents
  • Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their translation needs
  • Utilize linguistic knowledge to provide high-quality translations
  • Work independently to meet project deadlines

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a translator or interpreter
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
  • Strong communication skills in English and Italian
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in translation work
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
