What You'll Do

  • Act as the main customer service contact for the Danish market across phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations professionally, including technical and installation-related questions.
  • Manage cancellations, claims, returns, and refunds independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics partners, transport providers, warehouses, and internal product teams.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and NPS improvement through data maintenance and process optimization.

What You'll Bring

  • Native or near-native Danish skills, with strong professional English communication abilities.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within B2C e-commerce or customer service.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • High IT affinity and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems (experience with Zendesk, Shopify, or Aircall is a plus).
