Vice President Corporate Strategy and Digitalization (m/w/d) am Flughafen Frankfurt
Das machst du möglich

  • Konzeption, Leitung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von strategisch relevanten Programmen, Initiativen und Projekten im Auftrag des Top-Managements, einschließlich der Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Gremien
  • Entwicklung und Steuerung von Strategieprozessen auf Konzern- und Funktionalebene sowie Ableitung und Priorisierung zentraler Handlungsfelder; Initiierung und Umsetzung notwendiger Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Zielerreichung
  • Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für strategische Entscheidungen, Klausuren und Gremiensitzungen; fundierte Analyse und Entwicklung belastbarer Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Aktive Identifikation und Bewertung von Zukunftsthemen und Verantwortung für das Innovationsmanagement auf Konzernebene
  • Weiterentwicklung und Führung unserer Digital Factory zur konsequenten Beschleunigung der digitalen Transformation im Konzern
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Fördermittelmanagements, um Investitionen und Entwicklungsprojekte optimal durch nationale und EU-Fördermittel zu unterstützen

Das hast du im Gepäck

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master) der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Führungserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Unternehmensstrategien, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensberatung oder einem internationalen Konzern
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Projekte und Programme sowie interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Tiefgreifende Expertise in Digitalisierung, digitaler Transformation, Innovationsmanagement und der Implementierung neuer Technologien
  • Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und souveränes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Verbindlichkeit und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
