Aufgaben

"Digital First" ist eines der wichtigsten Merkmale des Unternehmens. Als wesentlicher Treiber der operativen Performance des Unternehmens, werden IT-Technologien modernster Art eingesetzt. Wir suchen heute Personen, die sich mit professionellen Lösungen im Kontext SAP S/4HANA und Business Intelligence-Applikationen (SAP und Non-SAP) professionell einbringen möchten.

Kernaufgaben

  • Strategische und operative Verantwortung für den Bereich "Business Intelligence" der Gruppe
  • Führung und nachhaltige Förderung des Teams (ca. 15 MA)
  • Weiterentwicklung der Daten- und Analytics-Strategie im Unternehmen (idealerweise SAP BI, BW, SAC usw.)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Kooperation mit Anbietern anderer BI- und Data Lake-Lösungen (z. B. Celonis, MS Azure, Signavio, Databricks usw.)
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität, Governance und Compliance
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von BI- oder Data-Analytics-Teams
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in SAP und BI-Technologie (z. B. auch Power BI)
  • Erfahrung mit Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics und Automatisierung sowie deren Anwendung im Unternehmen sind von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Führungserfahrung und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
