We are looking for an experienced Expert IT Sourcing-Sourcing Management (m/f/d). As an Expert IT Sourcing-Sourcing Management, your primary responsibility is to manage the entire lifecycle of IT sourcing, including hardware, software, services, and in-house contractors (IHC). This role goes beyond simple procurement; you will be the strategic driver behind sourcing decisions, ensuring they align with Exyte's broader IT and business goals. You will oversee supplier selection, contract negotiation, and compliance, with a strong focus on optimizing sourcing processes and driving long-term value.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Implement and refine procurement/sourcing strategies that align with the IT organization's goals and objectives
  • Focus on creating efficient sourcing processes that drive long-term value and optimize resource allocation
  • Oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements, including data protection and regulatory standards
  • Document decisions and create audit trails for transparency in the sourcing process
  • Ensure ongoing communication and collaboration to ensure that contracts and sourcing activities meet business needs throughout their lifecycle
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and innovations in sourcing practices that can enhance Exyte's competitive edge
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders

Show Your Expertise

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT sourcing or procurement, with a proven track record in managing complex sourcing strategies and contract negotiations
  • Deep understanding of IT sourcing and contract management processes, including knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and data protection regulations
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term regarding sourcing decisions, along with excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing sourcing outcomes and making data-driven decisions
  • Fluency in German required; English language skills preferred
