The Expert IT Project Management (Procurement) plans, schedules, manages and tracks projects, teams and allocates resources (e.g. project plans, schedules, deliverables, budget) for infrastructure or application projects in his/her region. It is essential to act in a structured manner and to have excellent communications skills. A good understanding of technologies and architectures to proper manage these IT projects is required.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Manage IT projects according to Corporate IT's defined PM methodologies (e.g. Proguide, PMI)
  • Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality
  • Establish and maintain risk assessment to identify and assess the material risks that arise in their area of responsibility
  • Comply with relevant policies, testing and certifying the adequacy and effectiveness of their controls on a regular basis
  • Organize PMO and Project Reporting for projects in scope
  • Support IT in the project environment promoting lean principles through appropriate use of IT tools
  • Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies

Show Your Expertise

  • Relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Education, Technical, MBA, Information Systems Management, Project Management, Business / Administration or comparable experience
  • Experience with managing project financials the commercial and contractual aspects of projects
  • 3+ years experience in similar project management role
  • Certifications in project management methods: E.g. PMP, PMI, Prince2
  • Foundation certification in ITIL
  • Experience in Recousrce allocation, monitoring and reporting, quality management, risk management and time management
  • Experienced in IT Architecture (Microsoft, SAP, Etc. )
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation skills and demonstrable leadership and managerial skills, the ability to establish and maintain relationships with leadership team
  • Fluent English skills required
