Your mission

  • Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Telefon oder Chat – schnell, empathisch und lösungsorientiert
  • Du erklärst unsere Plattform und hilfst bei Fragen zur Nutzung, Einrichtung oder zu Funktionen
  • Du dokumentierst Anfragen in unserem CRM (Salesforce) und hältst unsere Wissensdatenbank aktuell
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und Product zusammen, um Kundenfeedback weiterzugeben und Verbesserungspotenziale aufzudecken
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Prozesse im Support zu verbessern und effizienter zu gestalten

Your profile

  • Erste Erfahrung im Customer Support oder Kundenservice von Vorteil – idealerweise mit digitalen Produkten oder Handwerkskunden
  • Du hast Freude daran, anderen zu helfen, bist geduldig und lösungsorientiert
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (C2) ist unerlässlich; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und kommunikativ
  • Du hast Lust, in einem dynamischen Startup Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich weiterzuentwickeln
