Deine Aufgaben
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für u.a. unsere On-Site-Support Teams oder Customer Service rund um die Materialbereitstellung an OEMs oder Kunden
  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung bezüglich Nacharbeiten und Austauschteilen, basierend auf Zeichnungsdaten und Stücklisten
  • Verifizierung, Einsteuerung und Koordination der Materialversorgung bei Nacharbeiten beim On-Site-Support inkl. aller notwendiger Dokumentation (u.a. Versanddokumentation, CoC)
  • Interne Koordination von Rücklieferungen
  • Sicherstellen des störungsfreien Ablaufs bei Flugzeugauslieferung durch termingerechte Materialbereitstellung
  • Dokumentation und Pflege qualitätsrelevanter Kennzahlen
  • Kommerzielle Abwicklung bei Beschädigungen gegenüber OEMs (inkl. Bestell- und Rechnungsvorgang)


Deine Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem technischen oder produktionsnahen Beruf,
    vorzugsweise im Bereich der Luftfahrtindustrie
  • Kenntnisse im Qualitatsmanagement von Vorteil 
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang in den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP
