Procurement Category Manager(STARS)*

Unterstützung bei der Ausrichtung des Zentraleinkaufs in den Bereichen Food & Beverages, Dienstleistungen, Verbrauchsgüter, Technology, Energy & Communication, Investitionsgüter und Hotelausstattungen Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien zur Kostenersparnis für die von dir zu verantwortenden ProduktgruppenMarktanalysen und Bewertungen potenzieller LieferantenPlanung und Durchführung von AusschreibungenVorbereitung und Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen mit Lieferanten und DienstleisternUnterstützung im Projekteinkauf einzelner BauvorhabenAnsprechpartner für unsere HotelsInterne Zusammenarbeit mit den funktionsübergreifenden TeamsMitwirkung bei Standardisierung und internen ProzessoptimierungenMitverantwortung eines Einkaufsvolumens von 85 Mio.
