About this position

What you can expect

As an office management assistant, you will get to know the various commercial areas and office management processes in our company. You will be responsible for written and telephone communication with customers and colleagues and will be involved in order processing, maintaining customer relationships and procuring hardware, among other things. You will also provide support with office organization, such as coordinating appointments, handling correspondence and helping with fleet management. Your tasks will also include planning events. You will also get to know other areas such as accounting and reception. Our philosophy is to give you plenty of scope to develop your individual strengths. The training period is usually three years, but can also be shortened depending on your level of knowledge. Our aim is to take you on after you have successfully completed your training and for you to become part of the company in the long term.

We are looking for you to join our team in Ludwigshafen starting August 1, 2026.

What you should bring to the table

• You have at least an intermediate level of education

• You already have some experience with MS Office programmes
• You have a very good command of German
• You enjoy organizing and your ability as a team player round off your profile
