Location: Remote (U.S. Based, UK, Europe, Anywhere)

Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Affiliate Marketing & Pay Per Call

Industry Verticals: Loan, Debt, Insurance, Home Services, Legal, Nutra, and E-commerce.

Our operations focus on delivering high-quality, intent-driven leads through owned-and-operated channels for the US market. We work across multiple affiliate models – CPL, CPA, CPS, and Pay Per Call – and partner with advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks to drive ROI and scale growth.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and grow our affiliate and buyer relationships, optimize performance campaigns, and generate sustainable revenue across a wide array of verticals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong grasp of performance-based marketing and deep expertise in affiliate partner acquisition, management, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate & Buyer Relationship Management

  • Onboard, manage, and grow relationships with affiliates, publishers, and advertisers.
  • Negotiate competitive payout structures and partnership agreements.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Create, launch, and optimize campaigns across CPL, CPA, CPS, and Pay Per Call models.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs (conversion rates, lead quality, buffer times) and implement optimizations.
  • Utilize tracking platforms (e.g., Ringba, Everflow, HasOffers, etc.) for real-time campaign performance.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and recruit high-performing affiliates and buyers through outbound and inbound strategies.
  • Nurture leads through the funnel from prospect to active revenue-generating partners.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze affiliate and campaign performance, churn rates, ROI, and traffic quality.
  • Create detailed reports with actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor traffic sources to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and advertiser requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper tracking, legal disclosures, and partner policies are in place.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably with Leads and Pay Per Call.
  • In-depth understanding of CPL, CPS, CPA, and Pay Per Call models.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Ringba, Everflow, CAKE, Volume).
  • Demonstrated success in campaign optimization and partner scaling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Loan, Debt, Insurance, Home Services, Legal, Nutra, and E-commerce.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in US affiliate or call centre lead markets.
  • Technical familiarity with pixel tracking, call routing, and postback integrations.
  • Previous experience working with large media buyers, agencies, or affiliate networks.
