Team mission

Are you passionate about leveraging storytelling to engage and inspire employees, especially during times of change driven by emerging technologies? As Internal Communications Manager, you will shape and execute our communications strategy, ensuring that our employees are informed, aligned, and connected to our mission and evolving culture. You will partner closely with the People, Global Communications, and Leadership teams to translate our strategy, business priorities, and the transformative role of AI into clear, actionable communications that guide our teams. 

Your mission

• Managing communication channels and tools to streamline and enhance internal messaging.
• Developing and executing content strategies across key communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Supporting change management efforts by developing targeted communication plans that help employees navigate organizational transformation and embrace new ways of working.
• Leading content and project management for company-wide events to foster connection and strategic alignment.
• Ensuring communications not only inform but also inspire and drive adoption of strategic priorities and new technologies, especially around AI.
• By partnering closely with senior stakeholders (incl. Executive team), you provide valuable strategic counsel and help them deliver consistent and inspiring communications throughout the organization.
• Leveraging data and feedback to refine strategies and continuously improve communication impact.
• Driving learning initiatives to promote best practices in internal communications throughout the whole employee journey.

Your toolkit

• You have hands-on experience in internal communications, successfully designing and delivering impactful initiatives from conception to execution.
• Your ability to craft engaging content ensures that key messages are clearly communicated and resonate with employees across multiple channels.
• You have proven experience with managing major organisational change initiatives. 
• You're highly organized, skilled at managing multiple projects globally while maintaining attention to detail and high quality standards.
• You have a strong understanding of how to communicate complex topics, such as AI and digital transformation, in a way that is accessible and actionable for all employees.
• You're analytical, using data and feedback to measure success and continuously improve communication strategies.
• You're collaborative and proactive, thriving in cross-functional environments and driving innovation in internal communications practices.
• Language: Fluency in English.
