For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach) we are looking for an IT professional as:
Platform Operations Manager – Dealer Services & Applications (f/m/d)
This position within the Corporate Brand Website Operations Team at Hyundai AutoEver Europe is ideal for professionals who are eager to work on digital service platforms in the automotive industry. The team has recently taken over the management of the Kia UCL and Kia Drive service applications and is now looking for a dedicated M&O (Maintenance & Operations) specialist to oversee these platforms. As part of the broader platform operations team, this role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and strategic platform development, contributing to the continuous improvement of dealer service applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing dealer service applications under the Maintenance & Operations (M&O) scope within the Brand Website Operations Team.
- Handling M&O ticket activities by, monitoring, following up, supporting and consulting with both local and remote M&O team members.
- Ensuring SLA compliance and maintaining a reasonable backlog level, while prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Setting up mid- and long-term strategic plans for platform management.
- Providing regular status reports to managers and clients.
- Acquiring a solid understanding of overall logic and architectural processes to support both frontend and backend operations teams.
- Acting as an operations consultant to the Business Product Owner in enhancement or new project cases.
Requirements
:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Adobe AEM Basic CMS knowledge
- Requirement analysis (bridging business requirements into technical requirements, bi-directional)
- Application development architecture knowledge – Microservices (React, , Spring Boot, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (M365), Figma, Jira/Confluence
- Understanding of vehicle sales business from both dealer and customer perspectives
- Understanding of website frontend and CMS-level mechanisms in B2C and B2B areas
- Understanding of Kubernetes at business practitioner level
- Knowledge of web technologies such as CDN, website system architectures, etc.
- Good understanding of SEO, analytics, accessibility, CRM systems
