Unterstütze den Versand lebensrettender Zell- und Gentherapien an unserem Standort am Frankfurter Flughafen und leiste einen Beitrag zur medizinischen Innovation.

In dieser Rolle sorgst Du für reibungslose Abläufe beim Transport sensibler Therapien innerhalb unseres Netzwerks und dem unserer Muttergesellschaft UPS. Du verbesserst kontinuierlich unsere logistischen Prozesse und gewährleistest höchste Qualität, Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Zell- und Gentransplantationsteams im Tagesgeschäft sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kontrollturm
  • Organisation und Überwachung von temperaturkontrollierten Transporten inkl. Verpackung, Ausrüstung und Personalplanung gemäß Projektvorgaben (SOPs/COPs)
  • Koordination von Fahrern, Versandlösungen und externen Logistikpartnern für pünktliche Abholungen und Lieferungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GDP- und Zollvorschriften in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regulierungsteam
  • Abwicklung von Luftfrachtsendungen (inkl. MAWB-Erstellung) und Kommunikation mit Airlines sowie Bodenabfertigern
  • Nutzung des Maestro-Systems von Ensure Marken zur lückenlosen Sendungsverfolgung und Dokumentation aller Transportmeilensteine
  • Vorabbenachrichtigung und Abstimmung mit Niederlassungen und lokalen Partnern
  • Problemerkennung und Eskalation an das Zell- und Genmanagement-Team

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Export, Import und Transport in einer Büroumgebung wie auch Pharmalogistik
  • Erfahrung in der Kurier- oder Frachtbranche und temperaturgeregelter Versand
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft in Rotation auch am Wochenende und Feiertagen zu arbeiten
  • Gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch- und ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und professionelles Auftreten am Telefon
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene ZÜP nach § 7 LuftSiG oder Bereitschaft zur Durchführung dieser
  • Auge fürs Detail
