Als Airfreight Operations Coordinator (M/F/diverse) kreierst Du für unsere Kunden maßgeschneiderte Transportlösungen und schaffst es diese schnell und zuverlässig von A nach B zu transportieren.

**Was sind deine Aufgaben bei uns?**
- Direkter Ansprechpartner/in für unsere internen und externen Kunden als Airfreight Operations Coordinator.
- Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten perfekten Transportlösungen für unsere Kunden - unabhängig vom benutzten Werkzeug (On-Board Courier/ Luftfracht/ Next Flight Out/ Charter).
- Überwachung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung deiner Lösungen sowie Steuerung der Transportpartner und Realisierung von Alternativlösungen bei unvorhergesehenen Problemen.

**Welche Voraussetzungen solltest du mitbringen?**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskauffr./-kfm. oder andere kaufmännischen Ausbildung.
- Erfahrung in der Abfertigung von Luftfrachtsendungen (Import
- und Export)
- Gelebte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit auch in kritischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu behalten.
- Eine lösungs
- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewußtsein.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Produkten (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
