Du bist ein erfahrener Senior Strategic Buyer (m/w/x) mit Verhandlungsgeschick, analytischem Denken und Freude an partnerschaftlichen Lieferantenbeziehungen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Als Teil unseres Zentraleinkaufs übernimmst du Verantwortung für spannende Projekte in den Bereichen Transportdienstleistungen, Automatisierungstechnik und Projekteinkauf – national wie international. An unseren Standorten in Gütersloh oder Düren erwartet dich ein Umfeld, in dem du deine Expertise einbringen, Prozesse aktiv mitgestalten und die strategische Ausrichtung unseres Einkaufs maßgeblich weiterentwickeln kannst.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Strategische Projekte: Vorbereitung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Beschaffungsprojekten im Zentraleinkauf
  • Ausschreibungen & Verhandlungen: Platzierung von Ausschreibungen am Markt und Vertragsabschluss nach erfolgreichen Verhandlungen
  • Projektbegleitung: Eigenständige Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Projekte aus kaufmännischer Sicht
  • Beratung: Unterstützung unserer Geschäftseinheiten bei allen Themen rund um den Beschaffungsprozess
  • Analysen & Transparenz: Erstellung von Datenanalysen, Marktanalysen und Benchmarks zur Entscheidungsunterstützun
  • Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen mit Blick auf die strategische Ausrichtung
Dein Profil
  • Ausbildung/Studium: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/BWL/Logistik
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im indirekten oder strategischen Einkauf
  • Verhandlungsgeschick: Freude an Verhandlungen und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Lieferanten
  • Zahlenaffinität: Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs und Datenanalysen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
  • Soft Skills: Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke in größeren Organisationen
