Ressource Expert (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Freelancer Management

YOUR MISSION:
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Freelancer-Pools und -Netzwerks für unsere verschiedenen Fachbereiche
- Aufbau und Pflege von Recruiting Kanälen zur proaktiven Freelancer-Gewinnung
- Bedarfsanalyse in enger Abstimmung mit den Business Units, HR und Sales
- Identifikation und Auswahl passender Freelancer für laufende und geplante Projekte
- Vertragsverhandlungen und Abstimmung von Rahmenbedingungen mit Freelancern und Partneragenturen
- Monitoring von Verfügbarkeiten, Auslastung und Einsatzdauer
- Administratives Onboarding und Betreuung von Freelancern während der Einsatzdauer
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Ressourcenstrategie
- Gestaltung und Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience für Freelancer – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Projektabschluss
YOUR SKILLS:
- Erfahrung im Ressourcenmanagement, idealerweise mit Fokus auf externe Fachkräfte / Freelancer
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Projekt- und Personalplanung
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern
- Verständnis für eine professionelle Candidate Experience
- Verhandlungssicherheit und Kenntnisse marktüblicher Vertragsmodelle
- Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
