The Role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role you'll lead and optimise our recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to drive our company's growth and success.

In your day-to-day work, you will design and implement strategic hiring initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and collaborate with leadership across our business functions to align recruitment strategies with business goals. You will oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.

  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Enhance employer branding and leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Partner with leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and recruitment best practices.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition (4+ years)
  • Experience recruiting for Operations (Production, Supply Chain & Logistics)
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, ATS tools, and recruitment metrics
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and driving innovation in recruitment
  • Fluent in both English & German
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, market mapping, recruitment metrics and talent pipeline development
  • Solid understanding of labour legislation and compliance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
