Digitalisation and margin pressure are forcing dealership groups to rethink how they attract, convert, and retain customers.At AutoUncle, we provide the answer: a commercial model anchored in profitability and data transparency. We don't just sell software; we partner with dealers to drive high-quality leads, elevate customer experiences and strengthen their margins.The model is working. We are profitable and growing. We have secured 60% target market share in Denmark, are trusted by over 40 of the top 100 dealership groups in DACH, and are seeing >30% YoY growth in Italy.We have the product, the customers, and the market trust. Now, we are looking for the executive leader to build the scalable commercial engine that takes us from €10M to €50M ARR.Location: Flexible within Europe (Ideal hubs: Hamburg, Aarhus/Copenhagen) Reports to: CEOThe OpportunityThis is arguably the most critical hire we will make in the next three years.The Mandate: You will hold the company-wide mandate for commercial strategy. You aren't just here to hit a number; you are here to design how we hit the number, from enterprise positioning and go-to-market narratives to market-entry playbooks. You will be fully accountable for commercial performance across markets, including revenue growth, retention, and healthy unit economicsWhere We Need You Most: We have strong traction and clear customer impact, but our commercial story is not yet as consistently sharp or authoritative as our ambition requires - particularly in enterprise conversations. Winning interest and relevance early with senior decision-makers is critical to scaling our impact across Europe. Elevating how we position AutoUncle, articulate value, and lead strategic conversations is a key unlock for our next growth phase.Executive Influence: You will join the Executive Leadership Team and play a central role in Board discussions. You will translate market realities into company strategy, ensuring that what we sell shapes what we buildThe Upside: We are building for a major outcome. We offer a significant equity package and the chance to lead a profitable company that is leaning heavily into AI through its defining scale-up phase.What You Will LeadYou will transition our organization from "regional wins" to a systemic, pan-European growth machine.Architect the Commercial Engine: You will unite Sales, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing into one cohesive organization. You will inherit a team of ~23 people and evolve it into a scalable system with clear standards, playbooks, and accountability. This includes designing repeatable market-entry and maturation models for countries such as Spain, Sweden, and AustriaElevate Enterprise Impact: You will sharpen how AutoUncle shows up at the executive level - ensuring we consistently win relevance, engage the right stakeholders, and position ourselves as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.Deepen the "Strategic Partner" Model: We win because we care about our customers' P&L. You will instill a culture of business performance, where we document impact, set joint goals, and prove our value to the dealer's bottom line every quarter.Build a High-Standard Org: You will hire, develop, and evaluate leaders across the commercial organization, including strengthening local sales leadership in key markets. You will build a culture where high performance is supported by clear structure, transparency, and mutual accountability.What You BringWe are looking for a builder, an executive who thrives in shaping systems, not just optimizing them.Scale-Up Experience: You have helped scale a B2B business from roughly €10M to €50M ARR (or similar), and understand the difference between closing deals and building a durable revenue engineStrategic & Operational: You can debate 3-year strategy with the Board, but you are equally comfortable diving into a deal review to prevent churn. You don't need a large entourage to be effective.Industry Instincts: You likely come from the automotive, mobility, or B2B marketplace world.
