Zur Verstärkung unseres Sales-Teams suchen wir Dich ab sofort in Vollzeit 40h-Woche

Dein neues Aufgabengebiet:

Vertrieb & Kundenbetreuung

  • Präsentiere und vertreibe unserer Produkte bei Optikerfachgeschäften.
  • Plane deine Kundenbesuche strategisch, um Verkaufsziele und KPIs zu erreichen.
  • Erkenne neue Marktchancen und gewinne Neukunden.
  • Sorge für eine optimale Produktplatzierung im Handel und eine starke Markenpräsenz.

Marketing & Markenpräsenz

  • Setze unsere Marketingstrategien direkt am Point of Sale um.
  • Stelle sicher, dass unsere Produkte nach den Maui Jim Standards präsentiert werden.
  • Unterstütze bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Schaufensterkampagnen und Marketingmaterialien.

Kundenservice

  • Begeistere das Verkaufspersonal mit einem professionellen Kundenservice und Markenerlebnis.
  • Optimiere Lagerbestände und unterstütze bei der Lagerverwaltung.
  • Halte engen Kontakt zu internen Teams, z. B. Kundenservice und Finanzabteilung.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit nachweislichen Erfahrungen im Bereich Modeaccessoires/Lifestyle/Kosmetik oder hochwertige Konsumgüter.
  • Reisebereitschaft im zugewiesenen Gebiet.
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Hohe Vertriebsorientierung mit der Fähigkeit, das Geschäft zu erweitern, neue Möglichkeiten zu erkennen und zu entwickeln.
  • Professioneller, serviceorientierter Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Umsetzungsstärke.
  • Fähigkeit, unter Druck effektiv zu arbeiten und saisonale und kundenspezifische Ziele und Fristen einzuhalten.
  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, den Verkaufsprozess zu verwalten und zu verbessern.
  • Erfahrung im Eyewear-Sektor ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
