Your Responsibilities- In Ihrer neuen Rolle als Meister der Instandhaltung sind Sie für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden der Fachrichtungen Mechanik, Elektrotechnik und MSR zuständig.
- Sie priorisieren, planen und organisieren Maßnahmen zur Störungsbeseitigung, der vorbeugenden bzw. risikobasierten Instandhaltung und verantworten alle notwendigen Abstimmungen.
- Sie sind zuständig für den Arbeits-, Brand- und Umweltschutz in Ihrem Bereich und sind für die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Verordnungen verantwortlich.
- Sie sind für die überlegte Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden zuständig und bauen ein starkes und erfolgreiches Team auf.
- Sie sind für die Sicherstellung der Bearbeitung der von Ihnen verantworteten Arbeitspakete in der erforderlichen Qualität, Zeit und unter Einhaltung des Kostenrahmens zuständig.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Schnittstellenabstimmung für die Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen zu anderen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern.
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Industriemeister- oder Technikerausbildung im Bereich Metall, Mechanik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden der Fachrichtungen Mechanik, Elektrotechnik und MSR mit.
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, sowie Konstruktions-/ Prozesskenntnisse, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Kraftwerkstechnik, zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie verfügen über unternehmerisches Denken und die Bereitschaft zur aktiven Gestaltung von Veränderungen.
- Ihre Art wird geprägt durch ein souveränes Auftreten, überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz, Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.
- Sie besitzen sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP, Workday, BQP, A+ etc.)
- Motivation, Teamfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft, sich selbst aktiv in neue Aufgaben einzuarbeiten, runden Ihr Profil ab.
