Your ResponsibilitiesPlanen, Disponieren und Kalkulieren geplanten und ungeplanten Reparaturarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Vulkanisations- und Maschinenreparaturarbeiten, einschließlich der Dokumentation, der Berichterstattung sowie der Überwachung der Umsetzung der abgeleiteten Maßnahmen
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Anlagenbetreiber führst du Störungsanalysen durch und triffst, unter Berücksichtigung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und der durchzuführenden Sicherungs-maßnahmen, Festlegungen in Bezug auf die anzuwendende Reparaturtechnik
Die Koordination des Fachpersonals gehört genauso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Sicherstellung der termingerechten Fertigstellung von geplanten Reparaturmaßnahmen
Du beauftragst und koordinierst Fremdfirmen im Rahmen von Reparaturmaßnahmen und Störungsbeseitigung. Darüber hinaus überprüfst und analysierst du kontinuierlich die Fremdfirmeneinsätze und führst Auditierungen durch
Du erarbeitest Vorschläge zur Optimierung sowie Weiterentwicklung deines Aufgabengebietes, hinsichtlich der Aspekte Kosten, Qualität, Sicherheit und Nutzung der vorhandenen Rssourcen
Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder einen vergleichbaren Ausbildungsstand und verfügen über eine Meister- oder Technikerausbildung
Du besitzt eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Meister:in oder Techniker:in in einem ähnlichen Betätigungsfeld und haben fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Maschinenbau und Schweißtechnik
Selbstständiges verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten, Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung gehören genauso zu deinen Stärken wie die Offenheit für neue Themen in der täglichen Arbeit
Du bringst fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse mit, insbesondere in MS-Office und SAP und umfangreiche Kenntnisse der Betriebs- und Produktionslandschaft der thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG runden Ihr Profil ab
Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist erforderlich
