Study Coordinator (m/w/d)

Hauptaufgaben:

  • In deinem beruflichen Alltag dreht sich alles um die Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von klinischen Studien.
  • Dabei umfasst dein Tätigkeitsfeld die Patientenbetreuung sowie die Organisation und Koordination der Studie (Visiten, Diagnostik, Logistik).
  • Du erhebst und dokumentierst studienrelevante Daten und nimmst

an nationalen und internationalen Investigator Meetings teil.
- Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Prüfärzten/Prüfärztinnen, klinischen Monitoren und Patient:innen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf während der Monitorbesuche, Visiten und Audits.

Qualifikationen:

  • Eine Ausbildung im medizinischen Bereich oder als Dokumentationsassistenz hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich klinischer Studien wäre super, ist aber kein Muss.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringst du mit.
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und gutes Organisationsvermögen liegen dir.
  • Der Umgang mit Patient:innen und an selbständiger Arbeit bereitet dir Freude.
  • Mit sicheren EDV-Kenntnissen (Word, Excel) kannst du punkten.
