Starting or as soon as possible, full-time and permanent po-sition at our company headquarters in Langen.

Your responsibilities


• In your role, you will be responsible for devising ideas for new training products, coordinating their development and thus further developing the product portfolio in the area of training.


• You will prepare and provide technical content for tenders. Doing this you are coordinating directly with the potential customers and our Sales department.


• As Team Lead Training, you will ensure a smooth running of ATC training courses and coordinate the optimisation of the courses. To this end, you will work closely with the team of instructors.


• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the team of pseudo pilots. As part of international training projects, you will coordinate the deployment of pseudo pilots, considering workload and individual qualifications.


• You will organize and allocate tasks within your team, ensuring effi-cient capacity utilization and the continuous improvement of pro-cesses and workflows.


• In your role, you will report to the Head of Training & Proficiency of DAS and will be supported by a team of experts.

Your qualifications


• You hold or have held a valid air traffic controller licence, ideally in ac-cordance with Regulation (EU) 2015/340, with a minimum of five years of professional ATC experience and at least two years as an OJTI.


• Additionally, you are a qualified TI with at least five years' experience in independently conducting ATC training and designing theoretical and practical course content.


• Your expertise includes a detailed knowledge of Air Traffic Control processes, systems, and relevant European and international regula-tions.


• You are familiar with current training methods and systems, continu-ously enhancing your professional knowledge to ensure the highest training standards.


• In addition, you have proven experience in personnel leadership and workforce planning.


•
You work independently and in a goal-oriented manner, demonstrat-ing professional expertise and flexibility. As a team player, you enjoy working with other departments to drive projects forward.


• You provide very good command of common MS Office applications.


• You are business fluent in spoken and written English. German lan-guage skills are an advantage.


• Willingness to travel occasionally and present the department at pub-lic events.
