Responsibilities

• Lead independent projects to support our global operations team
• Create ad-hoc reports and track initiatives to aid team effectiveness
• Implement strategic CRM initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and deliver trainings for our global sales teams
• Generate content and document processes for our knowledge base hub

Requirements

• Enrolled Student (all genders) with a focus on business, economics, sales, data analysis, project management or a similar degree course
• Motivated to improve sales processes and make the sales team even more successful
• Comfortable with technology and eager to understand how business needs connect with CRM tools
• Enjoy working with others from different departments like Marketing and Sales
• Good at communicating and aware of global perspectives, important for this worldwide role
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
• The internship must be a mandatory component of your studies and should span at least 4 months, with an ideal duration of 6 months. There is also the option to continue as a working student

What we offer

• Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
