Commercial Digital Lead (m/w/d)
Der Commercial Digital Lead gestaltet aktiv die digitale Strategie für den deutschen Markt und verantwortet das Engagement über ViiV-eigene sowie 3rd-Party-Kanäle. Die digitale Transformation wird cross-funktional und im Austausch mit internationalen Teams vorangetrieben – stets im Einklang mit Compliance und Governance. "Best-in-class"-Lösungen entlang der Kunden-Journey werden entwickelt, digitale und KI-gestützte Tools optimiert sowie die Effizienz, Skalierbarkeit und Wirkung der digitalen Kanäle gesteigert. Markt- und Kundeninsights werden datengetrieben genutzt, um die lokale Digitalstrategie für Strategisches Key Account Management (SAM) kontinuierlich zu verbessern, Patient*innen den bestmöglichen Zugang zu 2DR-Therapien und die Transformation von ViiV zu einem Long-Acting-Powerhouse zu erreichen.
Hauptaufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der lokalen Digitalstrategie inkl. Roadmap und Skalierung (Fokus: Long-Acting)
- Umsetzung datengetriebener, KI-gestützter Maßnahmen zur Personalisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung anhand von Performance KPIs
- Nutzung sowie vorantreiben von Segmentation & Targeting um neue Kanäle zu erschließen und die digitale Transformation durch neue Technologien zu fördern
- Nutzung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Optimierung der Digitalstrategie und Erschließung neuer Potenziale
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit P&O, Tech, Vertrieb, Medical, Market Access und globalen Teams zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Digital Specialists zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Strategie
Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder vergleichbarem Bereich sowie Erfahrung in Digital Analytics
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Multichannel-/Omnichannel-Marketing, idealerweise in Pharma, Biotech oder OTC
- Team-Lead-Erfahrung und Fähigkeit zur Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Fundiertes Wissen in Website-Architektur, UX, Webanalyse sowie SEO/SEA
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategien
- Digital Fluency: Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools zur effizienten und strategischen Umsetzung
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten
