Deine Aufgaben

  • Du planst, optimierst und setzt Paid Social Kampagnen um.

  • Du erstellst Reportings, Präsentationen und leitest Learnings zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung ab.

  • Du steuerst Budgets und Kampagnen und überwachst KPIs entlang definierter Funnel-Ziele.

  • Du arbeitest eng mit Strategie, Beratung und Kreation zusammen und bringst datenbasierte Empfehlungen für Assets und Targeting ein.



Dein Profil

  • Du hast 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung als Paid Social Manager:in, kennst dich bestens mit Upper- und Mid-Funnel Kampagnen auf TikTok, Meta & Co. aus und verstehst Plattformlogiken, Algorithmen und KPIs.

  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, analytisch und lösungsorientiert, nutzt Reporting- und Tracking-Tools sicher und sprichst Probleme offen an.

  • Du sprichst Deutsch fließend und Englisch verhandlungssicher und sitzt entweder in Berlin oder arbeitest remote aus Deutschland.
