Paid Social Advertising Manager

Your tasks

• As part of our performance advertising team, you will be involved in planning, implementing and optimising paid social media campaigns for our clients.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Snapchat, X or Reddit achieve maximum performance.
• You will develop tailor-made paid social strategies, analyse campaigns with a view to KPIs and continuously optimise them in order to reach our clients' target groups in the best possible way.
• In doing so, you will create meaningful client reports and presentations, provide support at meetings and contribute your own ideas for new campaigns and projects.
• You will follow current trends in performance marketing, deepen your knowledge of social media advertising interfaces and continuously develop your professional skills.
• Your goal is to grow together with your customers, successfully scale campaigns and actively manage your own product areas.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have at least two years of experience in paid social ads.
• You have a strong affinity for online marketing and social media, especially Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• You are motivated to continuously improve, demonstrate critical thinking and ambition, and want to develop your professional skills.
• You have strong communication skills and a keen sense of language, text design and creative content ideas.
• You actively contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and customer presentations.
• You are characterised by analytical thinking, an affinity for numbers and a careful, structured way of working.
• You can communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
• Knowledge of image editing is a big plus.
• You have confident Excel skills and are proficient in MS Office products.
