Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant technical field.
  • Proven experience in preparing and executing test cases, procedures, and reports in accordance with ECSS standards.
  • Familiarity with the TRR, TRB, and VCB processes and their application within space programmes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing verification and validation activities through the full project lifecycle.
  • Experience preparing and managing test data sets, scenarios, and simulators.
  • Solid background in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and environments.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and Bash.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, execute, and maintain system and software test cases, procedures, and reports following ECSS standards.
  • Support and participate in formal verification reviews, including Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Test Review Boards (TRB), and Verification Control Boards (VCB).
  • Manage and track verification status through all phases of the project lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation and traceability.
  • Prepare, maintain, and validate test data sets and simulators to support system and operational testing.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test environments and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
  • Administer and optimize CI/CD tools to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Produce formal test documentation, including test execution logs, reports, and anomaly summaries.
  • Work collaboratively with system, software, and operations engineering teams to ensure smooth verification execution and configuration control
