Senior Consultant

What You'll Do:
- Empower Decision-Making: Dive deep into our clients' environments, gathering essential information and utilizing advanced frameworks to create impactful assessment materials. Your insights will guide key business decisions.
- Lead Technical & Financial Assessments: Take charge of initial evaluations, project plans, vendor research, financial modelling, and crafting RFPs. Your expertise will be instrumental in selecting the best partners for our clients and navigating complex contract negotiations.
- Consult and Collaborate: Provide valuable consultation to both clients and suppliers on outsourcing, project management, financial modelling, and negotiation strategies. Your leadership in these areas will enhance relationships and drive success.
- Adapt Data to Excellence: Transform client data into world-class model templates, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Your attention to detail will help create compelling financial base cases and business strategies.
What We Seek:
- Enthusiastic candidates with sourcing or consulting experience, particularly in strategic domains like HR, Procurement, Customer Relationship Management, and Cloud Solutions.
- Professionals experienced in building efficient operational service delivery organizations, performance assessments, and transformation management.

Excellent academic results
- University degree or equivalent experience within:
- Chemical Engineering
- Double degrees and Postgraduate degrees are highly regarded in our firm
At least 8-7 years of consulting experience where you have also lead performance improvement. Or alternatively at least 10-12 years of experience in senior operation roles, with exposure to Mining or oil/energy/resources/heavy industry
