SOUTHERN GERMANY
Key Responsibilities:
- You manage and support the Southern Germany, Switzerland, and Austria region.
- B2B sales of our bait-specific products
- Extensive sales experience
- Revenue growth with existing B2B clients
- New customer acquisition through leads and cold calling
- Enthusiasm and persuasive skills
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Successful order processing in collaboration with the back office
- Systematic customer data management
- Market and competitive analysis
Qualifications:
- Your place of residence is located in this region.
- You are willing to travel four to five days per week during peak periods.
- You have a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in sales, specifically in existing customer management and new customer acquisition
- You have a strong sales talent and passion for fishing
- Your strength lies in providing personalized consulting and acquiring new business clients
- You are characterized by excellent communication skills, assertiveness, enthusiasm, and the ability to persuade
- As a Sales Manager, you work independently and on equal terms with the executive management
