UNO MINDA Systems ist ein innovatives und etabliertes Unternehmen mit fast 20 Jahren Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Serienlieferung von Embedded Systems (Steuergeräten) sowie Lichtsystemen für die Automobilindustrie. Mit rund 130 Mitarbeitenden sind wir an mehreren Standorten vertreten: Unser Hauptsitz liegt im Nordwesten von München, während sich unser Produktionsstandort im Osten der Stadt befindet. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt das NPQM-Team in allen Themen rund um die Qualitätssicherung.
  • Du überwachst Qualitätskennzahlen und zeigst Verbesserungspotenziale auf.
  • Du führst ASPICE-Checks sowie Prozess-Compliance-Bewertungen durch.
  • Du berätst bei der praktischen ASPICE-Implementierung und unterstützt die Prozessoptimierung.
  • Du erstellst Qualitätsberichte und dokumentierst Korrekturmaßnahmen.
  • Du wirkst an Prozessen wie Quality Assurance, Konfigurationsmanagement und Change Management aktiv mit.
  • Du nimmst an Audits teil und hilfst bei der Digitalisierung von Qualitätsdaten.

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist aktuell in deinem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren Studienfach.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse des ASPICE-Frameworks, sowie ASPICE Capability Levels.
  • Du kennst Problemlösungstools (z. B. APQP, 8D, 5-Why), oder besitzt die Bereitschaft, sich in diese Methoden und Tools einzuarbeiten.
  • Du bringst ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen mit.
  • Du bist belastbar, flexibel und hast die Fähigkeit, auch bei Unterbrechungen konzentriert zu arbeiten.
  • Du spricht fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
