TechQuartier is the central innovation hub in the innovation and start-up ecosystem in Frankfurt. Since 2016, we have been connecting founders with established companies - especially in the FinTech, GreenTech and SME sectors. As an official FinTech Hub of the Digital Hub Initiative Deutschland (de:hub), we offer a platform for exchange, collaboration and growth in the heart of Frankfurt's financial centre with our coworking space, events and programs. Since 2025, the TechQuartier has been the new home of the IMPACT FESTIVAL - Europe's largest B2B event for sustainable transformation.

• You are enrolled as a student and are at least in your 2nd semester.
• You are curious and keep up to date with developments in the startup scene, new technology trends and business models.
• You have a structured and independent way of working and strong analytical skills.
• You have a high willingness to learn, a hands-on mentality and are solution-orientated.
• You are fluent in German and have a good knowledge of English.

As an intern in innovation management, you will familiarise yourself with various areas of the company at TechQuartier. You will be involved in the planning and realisation of numerous public and private events such as workshops, off-sites, hackathons, meetups and networking events. You will also be in direct contact with more than 100 technology startups and corporate innovation teams based in our coworking and event space.

Your tasks include:

• You support the planning, implementation and follow-up of our programmes - be prepared to take on a lot of responsibility.
• You will be involved in the development of new or the improvement of existing products, programmes and services. The focus is not only on networking the startup scene, but also on linking cooperations and expanding synergies between established companies and startups.
• You will carry out trend analyses as well as technology and market research.
• You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the startup database and our CRM system as well as preparing relevant key performance indicators.
• You will support the team at internal and external events.

• You have already gained your first professional experience, ideally in consulting, in the VC environment or in the startup world.
• You have a strong personal passion for sustainability and/or FinTech topics.
