What you should know about the Job
You face challenges like
  • developing and implementing Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test systems according to aviation regulations across all project phases – from requirements analysis to verification
  • planning and conducting maintenance and support activities for existing test systems
  • conducting tests, calibrations, validations, fault analyses, and repairs
  • hardware-related software development following both the waterfall model and agile methods
  • software implementation in Python, Matlab/Simulink, and C#, especially for test automation
  • planning and designing cable harnesses and HiL test systems with Zuken E3 and maintaining the associated databases
  • creating circuit, wiring, and cable plans including material lists
  • contributing to the continuous improvement of test systems and methods
You inspire us by
  • a degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • several years of experience in electrical measurement, control, and regulation (EMSR) as well as in software development
  • knowledge in creating electrical circuits and developing or servicing Hardware-in-the-Loop test systems
  • experience with ALM tools (e.g. Polarion) and configuration management tools (e.g. Subversion)
  • independent, problem-solving work as well as high reliability, commitment, and teamwork
  • strong communication skills
  • very good German and good English language skills in speech and writing
