Office- and Administration Manager that takes responsibility of our processes, office and our daily operations.
Responsibilities
You plan and schedule meetings & travel and help other team members with operations challenges and topics
You review, and prioritise information and help us react as you are the first point of contact for many external requests
You respond to phone calls and messages, and draft, review and send communications on behalf of the founder and the company
You help us to stay fully organised as you ensure that we have all documents and critical information accessible and securely filed (we are a ISO27001 certified start up, so security is important for us)
You handle HR & accounting operations in close cooperation with our external tax and accounting advisors; includes management of incoming and outgoing invoices through DATEV (no worries, you don't need to be an accountant)
You oversee stock of office supplies and equipment helping to organise our berlin headquarter (we have a small team in berlin, most of our team works remote)
You can support marketing, sales and customer support with light communication and marketing work
You help build a fun a enjoyable culture in the office and around the company, having a good time is a key goal for us
QualificationsExperience with administrative and office work on a Mac
Strong communication skills in English and German
Talent to multitask and prioritise tasks, paired with good time management
Interested in digital tools and services to streamline our operations
Love to organise company processes and people, even and especially when things get tricky
Natural problem solver who happily takes the initiative to sort things out
Make sure we don't forget to having a good time (while working hard)
