Ihre Aufgaben:

• Aufbau und Pflege einer Community im Einklang mit der Mission und den Werten von Almo Nature und der Fondazione
• Täglicher Austausch mit unserer Community und unseren Markenbotschaftern
• Sorgfältige und empathische Kundenbetreuung
• Recherche und Teilen relevanter Nachrichten, Inhalte und aktivistischer Initiativen
• Aufbau von Beziehungen zu gleichgesinnten Organisationen
• Unterstützung bei Website-Updates und -Pflege
• Übersetzung und Anpassung von Inhalten für das deutsche Publikum

Ihr Profil:

• Wohnsitz in Deutschland, Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen, offen für einen Umzug an den zukünftigen Unternehmensstandort
• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2) sowie sehr gutes Englisch (C1–B2); weitere Sprachen wie Französisch, Niederländisch oder Spanisch sind von Vorteil
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Community Management, in Übersetzung und Copywriting (mind. 3 Jahre)
• Ausgezeichnete Schreibfähigkeiten mit einem ansprechenden und wirkungsvollen Stil
• Leidenschaft für Biodiversität, Natur und Tierschutz
• Engagement im Umwelt- oder Tierschutz: beruflich, ehrenamtlich oder persönlich
• Detailorientiert, menschenfokussiert und stark im Beziehungsaufbau

Almo Nature is the activist pet food brand, 100% owned by Fondazione Capellino, non-profit foundation dedicated to protecting biodiversity and the biosphere. As an activist brand, we are also equally committed to animal welfare, raising awareness, and supporting animals and organizations through our Companion for Life program across the EU.

We're now looking for a passionate and motivated Community Manager to help us share our mission and engage our audience in meaningful ways.

This is a full-time role, initially home-based with the expectation of moving into our office in Germany once established.

What you'll do:

• Help build and nurture a community that reflects Almo Nature's and the Fondazione Capellino's mission and values
• Interact with our community and brand ambassadors on a daily basis
• Provide thoughtful and supportive customer care
• Source and share relevant news, content, and activist initiatives with the community
• Build relationships with like-minded organizations
• Assist with website updates and maintenance
• Translate and adapt content to suit the German audience

Your Profile:

• Based in Germany, willing to travel for work and open to relocating to the future office region (Munich)
• Fluent in German (C2 level) as well as in English (C1-B2); additional languages like French, Dutch, or Spanish are an advantage
• At least 3 years' proven experience in community management, translation, and copy writing
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging and impactful content
• Passionate about biodiversity, nature, and animal welfare
• Active in environmental or animal welfare causes - professionally, on a volunteer basis, or personally
• Detail-oriented, people-focused, and skilled at building relationships

Individual compensation will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
