About Us:

Black Sisters in Germany (BSDG) is a growing non-profit community with over 400 Black women across Germany. We connect, empower, and support each other, from newcomers to Germany to those born and raised here, through meetups, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing.

Your Role:

We're looking for passionate volunteer Admins to help us grow our local regional groups. You'll be the bridge between our members and the BSDG network, creating space for connection, inspiration, and collaboration.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and organize
    regional meetups
    (offline and online) every 1–2 months.
  • Engage your regional WhatsApp group
    with conversations, updates, and empowerment topics.
  • Work closely with other Admins & the founder team to bring BSDG's vision to life.
  • Attend
    quarterly Admin meetings
    (online).
  • Support new members in integrating into the community.

What You Bring:

  • A warm, proactive personality, you like connecting people.
  • 10–15 hours/month to dedicate to community work.
  • Commitment to diversity, sisterhood, and empowerment.
  • (Bonus) Experience with organizing events or leading online communities.
