Als Venture Development Associate (m/w/d) kannst du maßgeblich an der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Vantis beteiligt sein. Du wirst eigene, strategisch wichtige Projekte verantworten und eng mit unserem Management-Team zusammenarbeiten, wodurch du tiefe Einblicke in unsere strategischen, operativen und organisatorischen Abläufe erhältst.

What you need to succeed
  • Du hast dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium an einer führenden Universität erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Start-up, Consulting, Business/Corporate Development, Venture Capital oder in einem ähnlich dynamischem Umfeld mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert; eigenständig sowie gemeinsam im Team
  • Du zeichnest dich durch sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke aus, was es dir ermöglicht komplexe Themen ebenso gut zu erfassen, wie auch einfach zu kommunizieren
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
