Whilst we are already trusted by companies such as Vinci (world's biggest construction company outside of China), Hochtief, and Implenia, we now want to super-scale and acquire even more market shares in new verticals and international markets.

to help us scale our GTM organisation. This is an unique opportunity to work alongside our founders and leadership team while working in key departments:
Sales, Customer Success and RevOps

on how the commercial side of a startup operates. After completing the program, we would love for you to take on responsibility and grow within a department that matches your strength.

As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office at least 3 days a week

You Might Be Really Good At This If

• Recently graduated from a top university, with availability for full-time employment
• Startup experience and a strong passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and fast-paced environments with the goal to found your own company
• Demonstrated ambition with a proven track record of achieving challenging goals
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into practical outcomes (e.g., acquiring the next ten largest customers in a new market)
• Strong drive to learn, explore different roles, and tackle challenges with a growth mindset
• Adaptability to thrive in ambiguous situations, combined with a proactive, structured, and ownership-driven approach
• Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication and collaboration across teams
• Native-level German and very good English proficiency

What You Will Work On
Spearhead new initiatives across the Go-to-Market department

• Sales: Drive expansion into new geographies and market segments
• Revenue Operations: Lead projects to improve and streamline key processes
• Customer Success: Support and grow our first customers in new regions and segments
• Marketing: Own and enhance marketing assets, including pricing and collateral
