About the role

Wir suchen einen kreativen, konzeptionsstarken und umsetzungsstarken Brand Designer, der/die unsere Brands (z.B. Loco Chicken) visuell prägt, weiterentwickelt und über alle Touchpoints hinweg konsistent zum Leben bringt – von Packaging über Social Assets bis hin zu POS- und Offline-Marketing-Materialien.
Du bist nicht nur für Design-Execution verantwortlich, sondern denkst Markenauftritt ganzheitlich: von der kreativen Idee über visuelle Systeme bis zur skalierbaren Umsetzung. Du bringst eigene Impulse für Produkt-, Kommunikations- und Experience-Verbesserungen ein und bist das Creative Mind innerhalb unseres Marketing-Teams.
Der Standort ist Berlin. Die Rolle ist Full-time und bietet viel Gestaltungsfreiheit, Ownership und direkten Impact auf eines der am schnellsten wachsenden Consumer Startups.

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der visuellen Identität unserer Brands (insb. Loco Chicken)
  • Kreative Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kampagnen, Produkt-Launches und Always-on-Assets
  • Design von Packaging, POS-Materialien und Offline-Werbemitteln
  • Erstellung von Social-Media-Assets und Performance Creatives
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Design-Systemen und Brand-Guidelines
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Social, Produkt und Operations
  • Einbringen von Design-getriebenen Produkt- und Experience-Verbesserungen
  • Sicherstellung einer konsistenten, hochwertigen Markenwahrnehmung über alle Touchpoints
  • Optional: Motion Design für Social, Ads und Produktvisualisierungen


About you
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Brand Designer, Art Director oder vergleichbare Rolle
  • Relevante Erfahrung in markengetriebenen Consumer-Umfeldern, idealerweise in Food-, Lifestyle- oder Fashion-Brands
  • Sehr gutes Gespür für Typografie, Layout, Farbwelten und visuelle Hierarchien
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl kreativ-konzeptionell als auch hands-on operativ zu arbeiten
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, Detailstärke und Ownership-Mentalität
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Design-Tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.)
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von AI-Tools zur kreativen Content-Generierung und Prototyping (z. B. Midjourney, Nano Banana)
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch & Englisch
  • Nice-to-have: Motion-Design-Skills (After Effects, etc.)
  • Standort Berlin oder Bereitschaft zur Arbeit vor Ort
